To order GMK Supply products direct, please send an email to gary@gmksupply.com with your name, shipping address, PayPal email address and the products and quantity you wish to purchase (minimum order of 5 items in total required outside the US).  All direct sales from GMK Supply will be at full retail price. A PayPal invoice with the total amount, including shipping charges, will be sent to you.
